This position requires extensive knowledge and experience working with the following Microsoft-specific technologies:
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Exchange
- SQL

MCSE certification or equivalent experience is required. Foundational knowledge of Cisco technologies is also a plus.
This position requires extensive knowledge and experience working with the following VMWare-specific and related technologies:
- VMWare ESXi
- VMWare vSphere / vCenter
- VMWare VDS and Cisco Nexus 1000v
- SAN protocols (FibreChannel, iSCSI, FCoE, NFS)

VCP certification or equivalent experience is required. Foundational knowledge of Cisco and Microsoft technologies is also a plus.
This entry-level position requires experience supporting small-to-medium sized businesses with the following skill and technologies:
- Windows 7/8/10
- Adware/spyware/virus removal
- Microsoft Small Business Server (or Server Essentials)
- Network Attached Storage solutions (NAS)
- Backup solutions
- and others
CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, or Security+ certification, or equivalent experience is required. Foundational knowledge of Cisco technologies is also a plus.
